Avoiding the harmful rays of an indoor tanning bed is easy. Just don't use one. But, it's not always that easy to protect your skin from the sun's damaging rays.

F&F has three little letters to help you prevent sun damage: SPF.

Sunscreen. Apply it. Use a minimum of SPF 30 and products that protect from UVA and UVB rays. Reapply hourly. 

Prime hours. Avoid them. The sun's rays are strongest from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

Fashion. Wear it. Stylish sun protective clothing with wide glamorous hats and big sunglasses.
